We are not actively hiring (yet)

MAIA is a small, early-stage team and we are not running a general recruiting pipeline. We do, however, keep a short list of people we would bring in before posting any public role, particularly clinicians who code and engineers who have shipped production AI in regulated environments.

What we look for

Clinician-engineers. You have practiced medicine (or equivalent) and you build software. Rare combination, we value it.
AI engineers with healthcare operational experience. You have shipped machine-learning systems into regulated workflows (not just demos or research) and you understand why latency, audit logs, and failure modes matter.
Founding GTM. You have sold into independent medical practices or run a healthcare operations team. You know how practices actually decide to buy software.
