Frequently asked questions

How is MAIA priced?

Credit-based. Practices purchase a monthly or annual credit balance. Each completed task (a prior auth submitted, a coded encounter, a drafted note, a routed fax, a handled patient call) consumes credits at a defined rate. Unused credits roll over within the billing period.

Is there a setup fee?

Onboarding is typically included with an annual commitment. For month-to-month, a one-time onboarding fee covers EHR integration, user enrollment, and practice-specific template configuration.

Can I try MAIA before paying?

Early-access practices start with a pilot period covering a fixed number of cases across the capabilities you want to evaluate. Pilot usage is not billed.

Do you offer volume discounts for larger practices?

Yes. Practices and networks above a certain monthly volume receive tiered credit pricing. Contact sales for a custom quote.
