MAIA is priced on a credit-based model. Practices purchase a monthly or annual credit balance; each completed administrative task (a prior auth submitted, a coded encounter, a drafted note, a routed fax, a handled patient call) consumes credits at a defined rate. No per-seat fees, no charges for tasks MAIA did not complete successfully, and no expensive multi-year contracts. Pricing scales with the work, not with the size of your staff roster.

Tasks that fail (e.g., a fax that MAIA could not confidently match to a patient and escalated to human review) do not consume credits.
Credit rates depend on practice size, capabilities selected, and commitment term. Rather than publish a generic price list, we provide a quote after a short onboarding conversation that establishes your workflow and volume.

Onboarding is typically included with an annual commitment. For month-to-month, a one-time onboarding fee covers EHR integration, user enrollment, and practice-specific template configuration.
Early-access practices start with a pilot period covering a fixed number of cases across the capabilities you want to evaluate. Pilot usage is not billed.
